Terms & Conditions

A 50% advance (token amount) is required to confirm your booking.

The balance 50% is payable via the official ReelOnGo payment link/QR immediately post-event after the sample edit is shared.

All payments must be made to ReelOnGo only. No direct payments should be made to creators.

Clients must ensure timely entry and access to all relevant event spaces (stage, backstage, key areas).

Our creators will arrive in official ReelOnGo merchandise unless informed otherwise.

The team must be treated with professional courtesy throughout the event.

All specific requirements (music, shot lists, key people, editing references) must be shared before the event.

Requests made after the shoot may not be accommodated.

Reels will be delivered within 1 hour of the event. In rare cases of delay, delivery may take up to 6 - 8 hours.

Raw clips will be provided within 12–24 hours post-event. These are intended for reel editing, not full-length video coverage, only upon prior intimation or booking a add-on.

Final reels will be shared via WhatsApp in 4K (60fps) and 1080p (30fps) formats.

All edited videos include the ReelOnGo logo by default.

A logo-free version is available at an additional charge.

Clients are entitled to one round of revision per video.

All requested changes must be shared together in one go.

Additional revisions may be chargeable and take up to 24 hours.

ReelOnGo may use selected client content for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out before the event.

Once booked, cancellations are not permitted. The token amount is non-refundable.

In case of rescheduling, the advance will be retained in the client's ReelOnGo wallet and can be used for future bookings (validity: 6 months).

Rescheduling is allowed only if informed at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Additional service requests must be directed to ReelOnGo management, not on-site creators.

Our creators are booked exclusively for ReelOnGo shoots and may not be engaged separately during events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
