Once a booking is confirmed with an advance token amount, cancellations are not permitted.
The 50% token amount is strictly non-refundable.
In case a client cannot proceed with the booked event, the advance will be credited to their ReelOnGo Wallet.
This credit can be used for future bookings with ReelOnGo within 6 months.
The wallet amount is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Clients may reschedule their shoot by informing ReelOnGo at least 24-48 hours in advance.
In such cases, the advance will be retained in the wallet for the rescheduled date.
If we are unable to fulfill a booking due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., technical failures, emergencies), we will either:
a) Provide a full refund of the token amount, or
b) Offer a credit for a future booking.
