Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed with an advance token amount, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Non-Refundable Advance
The token amount is strictly non-refundable.
3. Wallet Credit Option
In case a client cannot proceed with the booked event, the advance will be credited to their ReelOnGo Wallet.
This credit can be used for future bookings with ReelOnGo within 6 months.
The wallet amount is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their shoot by informing ReelOnGo at least 24 hours in advance.
In such cases, the advance will be retained in the wallet for the rescheduled date.
5. Cancellations by ReelOnGo
If we are unable to fulfill a booking due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., technical failures, emergencies), we will either:
- a) Provide a full refund of the token amount, or
- b) Offer a credit for a future booking.
