Travel within 15 km is included in your plan. Anything beyond that will have a small additional travel charge - always communicated upfront before your booking is confirmed.

Not at all. Our creators are trained to blend in - they move like guests, not camera crews. Most people at your event won't even realize they're being filmed until they see the final reel.

Our creators are trained to work with available light and know how to adapt. That said, if your event has specific lighting challenges, let us know in advance and we'll come prepared.

No problem - we'll stay. Additional time beyond your booked slot will be charged at an extra rate. Just let your Reel Maker know on-site and we'll handle it smoothly.

For larger events with multiple moments happening simultaneously - like a brand activation with different zones - we can deploy multiple Reel Makers. Just mention it while booking and we'll plan accordingly.
